Fabric Health, Inc. (“Fabric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Applicant & Candidate Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how we collect, use, and share personal information about individuals who apply for employment with Fabric (“Applicants” or “Candidates”).
This Notice applies to all applicants and candidates globally. Additional rights for residents of California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and the European Union/UK are set out below.

State & Regional Addenda
California (CCPA/CPRA)
California applicants have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the sources, business purposes, and disclosures. You also have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and to limit use of sensitive personal information.
Colorado
We provide notice of your rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain data uses. Requests may be made via privacy@fabrichealth.com.
New York
Fabric provides “good faith” pay ranges in all applicable job postings. You may request additional information about compensation and benefits during the recruitment process.
Washington
We disclose pay ranges and a general description of benefits and other compensation in all job postings as required by Washington law.
European Union / United Kingdom
You have the rights set forth in Sections 3 and 6 above, including the right to lodge complaints with your local supervisory authority.
