Fabric Health, Inc. (“Fabric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Applicant & Candidate Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how we collect, use, and share personal information about individuals who apply for employment with Fabric (“Applicants” or “Candidates”).

This Notice applies to all applicants and candidates globally. Additional rights for residents of California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and the European Union/UK are set out below.

  • Identification & Contact Information (name, address, phone, email).‍
  • Employment & Education History (résumé, cover letter, transcripts, references, background checks).‍
  • Recruitment Information (interview notes, assessments, internal communications).
  • Technical Data (if you apply through online platforms, e.g., IP address, device identifiers).

How We Use Your Information

We use applicant data to:‍

  • Process and evaluate applications.
  • Verify qualifications and background.
  • Communicate with you during recruitment.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Maintain records for reporting and auditing.

If you are hired, your application data may become part of your employment record.

  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
  • Legitimate interest (to assess and manage candidates).
  • Legal obligations (employment and equality laws).

How We Share Your Information

We may share candidate data with:‍

  • Service Providers (e.g., background check vendors, recruiting platforms such as Gem).‍
  • Affiliates and Subsidiaries for internal HR purposes.‍
  • Legal and Regulatory Authorities where required.
    We do not sell candidate information.

Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to meet our legal obligations, and to protect us from legal risks. Your data may be kept to consider you for other suitable opportunities and will be securely deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights to:‍

  • Access, correct, or delete your data.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Request portability of your data.
  • Lodge a complaint with a regulator.

California applicants have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the sources, business purposes, and disclosures. You also have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and to limit use of sensitive personal information.

Colorado

We provide notice of your rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain data uses. Requests may be made via privacy@fabrichealth.com.

‍New York

‍
Fabric provides “good faith” pay ranges in all applicable job postings. You may request additional information about compensation and benefits during the recruitment process.

‍Washington

‍
We disclose pay ranges and a general description of benefits and other compensation in all job postings as required by Washington law.

‍European Union / United Kingdom

You have the rights set forth in Sections 3 and 6 above, including the right to lodge complaints with your local supervisory authority.
